recipe was used for the deviled egg platter, as well as
the single deviled egg atop an heirloom tomato appetizer.
The secret to this delectable flavor is in the truffle
oil !

Truffle Oil
Ingredients:
2 cups Hardboiled Eggs (diced)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbls. Chive (chopped)
1 tbls. Truffle Oil
Cooking
Method:
1. Blend
all ingredients except the Truffle Oil, until smooth.

Drizzle 1 tbls. Truffle Oil at last minute.
